If you need to reschedule games, you must have permission from the opposing coach in order to reschedule a match. You must inform the Ref Assignor of a match cancellation 48 hours before the match was scheduled to be played as to avoid referee fees. You must then inform the Ref Assignor 48 hours in advance of a make up match to ensure you have a referee for your game. U10 and up divisions will also need to inform your league commissioner of any game rescheduling.
