Spring 2012 Registration Information

Spring 2012 Registration is closed. We look forward to seeing you for the Fall 2012 season. Fall 2012 registration will start at the beginning of May and end at the end of July.

New players or returning players who did not play the previous season must have a copy of the child's birth certificate. Please bring a copy as we must keep it.
If you are a returning player and want to stay on the same team, please remember to write the name of your coach on the top of the registration form.

U-6 and U-8 brackets are $50. U-8 is defined as children under the age of 8. At 8 they move up to the U-10 bracket for $65 registration fee.

Team Jersey's are determined by the individual coach with that cost in addition to the registration fee. Participants also need cleats and shin guards.

To move a team to MSC each player will need to complete the registration form and the coach return all forms and registration fees as directed. The coach will need to complete the coaching application and, if not previously done, a background check performed.
